How did you feel in your gown on the day of your wedding?
I felt so beautiful and like a princess. It was exactly how I wanted to feel on my wedding day.
How was your experience working with Suzanne + her team?
It was amazing! Everyone was so nice and actually seemed just as excited about my wedding as I was. The few times that I had to bring my young daughters in with me, everyone was so sweet to them. Suzanne actually remembered my daughters when I emailed her after my wedding.
What did your fiancé think of your dress?
He loved it. He cried the minute he saw me and couldn’t stop telling me how beautiful I looked all night.
What's your favorite memory from your wedding day?
Our private last dance. We got to enjoy the last few minutes of our night, alone. (I LOVE THIS IDEA)
Who were your favorite wedding vendors on your wedding day?
Cam and Larisa Photography, Dj BStarr with direct sounds, and our day of coordinator Maggie with Fairytale Event Planning
Any other unique details or stories about your wedding day that you want to tell us?
We did a saging ceremony before our vows in order to clear out all negative energy and past issues and open up for love and positive energy for the future. We also each gave our daughters a piece of jewelry before we exchanged our rings as our symbol of promises and love to them.
Any advice for future couples getting married?
Be flexible. Things will go wrong but having a positive attitude and open mind can help make those issues seem not so big. Focus on marrying your best friend and remember that that’s the most important thing at the end of the day.
