Suzanne's Sewing Service is hiring an alterations assistant to join our team.
Imagine getting to work with brides and customers every day? Taking their gown and helping them fall in love with it all over again when they see it altered to perfection! Hearing their stories and being part of the excitement of their special day.

Suzanne is truly the best in the business. She has over 40 years experience in alterations. She previously owned Suzanne's Bridal and has sold that business to focus solely on doing bridal and formal wear alterations. She's very organized and looks for staff who show initiative and are hard working.
The ideal candidate is organized and likes to create processes. We have good processes in place, and the ideal candidate will understand that and strive to follow them. They are detailed focused. And love connecting with people.
This is a full-time position. Saturdays will be required. We may be able to work around a student's schedule.
Some of the duties will include:
helping brides get in and out of their gowns
helping explain the process of alterations and ringing brides through our POS system
prepping gowns for alterations
keeping the store organized and clean
pressing gowns for final pickup
